Event Details

Following its reform in 2017 the Electronic Communications Code has been a major point of contention between telecoms operators and site providers. The reforms were meant to speed up the rollout of communications equipment, but disagreements have led to an unprecedented number of cases going to the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal and protracted negotiations.

Our expert panel will discuss the findings of a recent Centre for Economics and Business Research report on the success of the Code so far and the possible impact of proposed future reforms, as well as the likelihood of the Code finally embedding following recent court decisions.
