The property sector has a critical role to play in tackling climate change and the UK will not become net zero by 2050 unless we accelerate the decarbonisation of our homes and buildings. This report sets out the challenges and barriers faced by the property sector in the transition to net zero carbon, and sets out a series of policy recommendations.
