Exiting from the commercial rent moratoriums
A proposal for when and how to end the commercial rent moratoriums, developed by Landsec and British Land. It suggests ringfencing rent arrears and restoring normal market operation from 1 July, providing time for fair rental settlements and an arbitration process for resolving the most intractable negotiations.
