A more flexible future - redefining the role of the office

A report we published alongside Gowling WLG found that big change is potentially afoot in the office market, with 89% of office occupiers having the flexibility to move in the next three years. Despite the rise in home and hybrid working, 82% agree there will always be a need for offices, albeit ones with more adaptable open space than at present and with more flexible tenancies.
