BPF Futures Mentoring Programme
The BPF Futures mentoring programme, launched in 2021, connects young-in-career property professionals with senior peers and leaders across the industry. It supports the personal development of junior professionals and, at the same time, allows senior industry professionals to support and learn from their junior colleagues.
The scheme also supports the property industry’s mission to foster a stronger culture of equality, where ultimately a more diverse range of property professionals reach our industry’s boardrooms and senior decision-making positions in their careers.
Over 370 individuals have participated in the programme, which runs from September to May.
Applications are now open to become a mentor on the programme. If you would like to apply to be a mentor, please click here.
Applications to become a mentee will open on the 30 May 2025.
Applications will close on the 25 July. Pairing will take place over August and matches will be announced in September 2025.
