We're excited to announce four fantastic opportunities to join the BPF Futures Advisory Board. The Board plays a pivotal role in shaping and managing the community of BPF Futures members, supported by the British Property Federation.
BPF Futures is built on four key engagement pillars:
- Influencing – providing opportunities to shape the future of the built environment.
- Learning – helping members understand the key issues facing the industry.
- Mentoring – connecting members with senior leaders across the industry.
- Networking – enabling members to build relationships with peers in both the public and private sectors.
The BPF Futures Advisory Board has several collective responsibilities, including:
- Overseeing the BPF Futures engagement programme – Shaping and delivering initiatives that add value to the BPF Futures network and align with the four engagement pillars.
- Driving membership growth – Promoting BPF Futures and recruiting colleagues and peers across the UK to join the network.
- Representing BPF Futures – Acting as ambassadors at BPF Futures events, industry-wide conferences and other relevant platforms to ensure the network is visible, reputable and approachable.
In addition to collective responsibilities, Board members take ownership of their specific engagement pillar or role. This includes leading initiatives, delivering activity and collaborating with other pillars to provide a cohesive and comprehensive offer to the network.
We currently have four positions available on the Board:

- Board Member for the Regions (must be based in/near to Manchester)
