Who lives in Build to Rent?

Join us, London First, and UKAA on 3 February for the formal launch of the ‘Who lives in Build-to-Rent’ report. The report examines the diversity of Build-to-Rent tenants, including their age, income, tenancy type, profession and affordability rating – across 10 developments in London.

The webinar will cover the report’s findings, how the data compares to London’s wider private rented sector and how it will further our understanding of the increasingly important role that Build To Rent will continue to play in the capital’s housing market. The webinar will also discuss the next steps that this project can take, including a future nation-wide version.
