This special roundtable event hosted by ECF and the British Property Federation will explore how to successfully unlock public/private regeneration at scale in our towns and cities.

Regeneration is about more than physical spaces. It is about releasing potential, creating sustainable places that put people first, and ensuring positive transformation is sustained for future generations. The bigger picture includes securing investment in infrastructure and public space – as well as ensuring the right mix of residential, workspaces, retail and leisure – which will enable a town or city to thrive in the long-term.

This working lunch, shaped by ECF’s experience in Bradford, Salford, Wolverhampton, Canning Town, and beyond, will offer a dynamic forum for:

  • Exploring pathways to scale impactful regeneration
  • Fostering strategic public-private investment partnerships
  • Challenging assumptions and co-creating solutions for long-term urban resilience

With a forward-looking focus toward 2030 and beyond, this event will bring together influential voices to connect, collaborate, and set the agenda for place-based investment that delivers real, lasting value.
