Event Details
The British Property Federation’s Election Manifesto sets out the challenge for the next Government to deliver more homes. Specifically, it calls on the Government to deliver more Build to Rent, to increase affordable housing, to unlock supply through older people’s housing, and to modernise housing. The current Government has recently set out aspirations to increase housing delivery in many of our city centres and many local authorities have set ambitious housing targets for their city centres to promote regeneration and limit greenbelt release.
The purpose of this roundtable is to bring together industry leaders across sectors to consider the opportunities and challenges for increasing the delivery of homes in our regional cities. The session will focus on the following discussion points:
- What are the market opportunities and challenges affecting the delivery of homes in our regional cities?
- How can opportunities for institutional investment in our regional cities be maximised to support delivery
- What more can be done by public and private sectors to unlock the opportunities and realise Government policy ambitions.
This is an invite only event.
We hope to see you there.
