Join BPF Futures on a site tour of Moda’s new build to rent neighbourhood, Moda, New York Square in Leeds
The £150m development is home to 515 high-quality unique one, two and three bedroom apartments with on-site amenities and services including a 24/7 gym, shared lounges, roof terraces with BBQ areas, flexible workspace, private dining, as well as a cinema and games room.
