As part of our Tech & Innovation program, we are hosting the Techfast series — a collection of breakfast events designed to raise awareness about the digital landscape within Real Estate. These gatherings serve as a collaborative platform for industry stakeholders to come together with a shared goal, addressing key topics within the sector and confronting current challenges, fostering a collaboration between PropTechs and Property organisations, to discover impactful solutions.

Join us for our second Techfast in our sustainability series, where we will be focusing on Building a Sustainable Future: The role of Data and Technology in Delivering Social Value” in association with Greengage Environmental.. This will be a roundtable discussion aiming to bring together the different perspectives across both BPF & UKPA memberships and explore the significant impact data and technology can have in delivering social value. We will delve into how social value is measured, feature a showcase of a new social value insight tool developed by HACT, and examine the role of PropTech in delivering social value and creating sustainable places

This particular session is being held at Housing 2024, Europe’s largest housing conference taking place across 25-27 June at Manchester Central where the UK housing sector comes together every year. BPF are delighted to be partners of the conference and have been working with the organisers to widen their focus from social and affordable to all living sectors

Please note this event is invite only and you are not required to have a ticket to the conference to attend the event, so kindly contact events@bpf.org.uk to register interest.
