This panel brings together leading developers and investors to look at the prospects and the challenges for London Real Estate in the next 12 months. Which sectors are performing well and where is the investment heading? How is ESG shaping investment decision-making? How are private and public sector partnerships working? Is London still a good proposition to the investor and developer? What are the biggest challenges being faced? And, is the Real Estate Industry delivering with a social and environmental conscience?

As a capital city, London has a big agenda. However, it is vital to think ‘locally’. In a world coming out of a two-year pandemic, the value of good places; aligned to the needs of local people and communities, has never been more apparent. The Real Estate Industry must design, build and deliver locally. This session will focus on the real and fundamental issues that need to be addressed at a local (neighbourhood) level, to ensure that future communities are liveable, inclusive, sustainable, healthy and happy places – to live, work and play.
