Join the BPF, Hogan Lovells and panellists for a discussion about Restructuring Plans. The panel will examine recent high profile court judgements on RPs and consider what they mean for proposals in future. The panel will also consider the wider perspective on restructuring plans. How to make them work better for all parties – in the case of companies at risk of insolvency, how to ensure that they have a process that is accessible, usable and as certain as possible, and for creditors, how to ensure that proposals are fair and transparent so that property owners can properly understand proposals and their rationale.
