Following hot on the heels of the Public Sector Construction Playbook, a few BPF members, other developers, and leading contractors have developed a Construction Playbook for the Private Sector. As its name suggests - ‘Trust and Productivity’ - the playbook seeks to change the culture of the development sector and client/contractor relationships, from one driven by lowest price, to a relationship based on creating and sharing value. The webinar will explore the background to the playbook, and its content, with a mixture of clients and contractors and some of those people who were heavily involved in its production. By socialising the playbook, we hope to gain its wider adoption amongst the client and contractor communities.
