The BPF and Ark are working together to provide a support programme for members who will be grappling with implementation of the Building Safety Bill. This is the first webinar in a series, which will also be supported by a number other learning materials. Future webinars will deep-dive into other aspects of the new building safety regime, for example the roles of the building safety manager and accountable person, golden thread compilation, pathway to building certification, and insurance issues to consider.

This first in our webinar programme will explore Getting ahead of the new safety regulatory regime by exploiting technology!

It will cover:

• Why Technology will play a pivotal role in the new building safety regime.
• Discover the choices to get ahead of the May 2023 expected deadline.
• What you need to think about to support the entire building safety ecosystem.
• Why you shouldn’t just focus on the Golden Thread.
• Exploiting technology to improve the pathway’s to compliance for Accountable Persons and Building Safety Managers.
