Build to Rent Alliance – Reception

The Build to Rent Alliance (formerly the Build to Rent Taskforce) is delighted to invite you to an evening reception to mark its official relaunch and rebranding.

Established in February this year as the Build to Rent Taskforce, the Build to Rent Alliance has been created to champion the continued growth and success of the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector across both multifamily and single-family housing throughout the UK. Chaired by Clive Betts MP (Sheffield South East), the Alliance brings together a cross-sector group of senior professionals, including representatives from the British Property Federation, the Association for Rental Living and many of the UK’s leading developers, operators, advisers and investors.

Working collaboratively, the Alliance aims to highlight the sector’s many benefits, both economic and social, with a particular focus on increasing awareness among local authorities, planning decision-makers and Central Government. Key workstreams include clarifying the sector’s evolution and continuing contribution to community-building and regeneration, and the development of a Code of Practice and Customer Charter, setting out clear, high standards for customer care and service delivery across the sector.

The evening will feature remarks from Clive Betts MP, followed by a panel discussion with leading industry figures. They will explore the Alliance’s purpose, its strategic priorities and the wider policy and market context for Build-to-Rent. Guests will then be invited to enjoy drinks and networking with Alliance members and other attendees.
