BPF Net Zero Pledge - 13 September 2022

BPF Net Zero Pledge:
Join the campaign and speed the transition to a net zero future

The Net Zero Pledge is a BPF initiative to help all BPF members decarbonise by 2050 at the very latest, and to accelerate the transition to a net zero carbon built environment.

The Pledge was launched at our Annual Conference on 15 June 2022 and, over the next 12 months, we want to work with all BPF members to encourage as many as possible to sign up to our Pledge.

Members who take the Pledge commit to three principal actions:

• members commit to sign up to net zero carbon targets and plans;
• members commit to share research, knowledge and insight on an open-source basis; and
• members commit to support each other, and the wider industry, to accelerate the transition to net zero.

This event will be an opportunity to learn more about the Pledge, to ask questions and to hear about the work the BPF is doing to support members on the journey to net zero.
