A short site tour of British Land’s Life Sciences scheme will also be included in this event.
We aim to bring together experts from the life sciences industry, real estate professionals, policymakers, and other stakeholders to explore the current state of life sciences real estate in the UK and the challenges that the sector faces. Our discussion will cover topics such as:
• The role of life sciences real estate in supporting the growth of the UK's life sciences industry
• Policy challenges and opportunities for the development of life sciences real estate in the UK
• Emerging trends in the life sciences real estate market in the UK
This will be a vital starting point for the BPF to explore how we best represent the real estate sector in this growing industry, following the roundtable we will look to produce a report outlining the key challenges and solutions to government.
