Georgia Crowley

Lichfields

Georgia is an Associate Director in Lichfields’ London housing team, with a specialism in urban living and regeneration. She has worked across a number of London Boroughs and Development Corporations advising on residential-led, mixed-use projects in the Capital, often comprising high density living and alternative residential products such as Build to Rent and Co-Living. She also contributes to Lichfields’ thought leadership.

 


Adam Donovan

Lichfields

Adam has extensive experience in complex residential development in London, advising as a Planning Director on all aspects of the planning process including influencing planning policy, preparation of planning applications, heritage planning, and S106 negotiations. Adam has led Lichfields’ Insights on BtR and co-living: ‘Planning for Rent’ (2023) and ‘A New Way to Live’ (2024) and sits on the BPF’s Co-Living Committee.


Emily Newton

Assael

Emily, an Associate Director at Assael since 2018, is a design-focused architect with expertise in delivering award-winning, context-driven schemes, overseeing projects of varying scales, leading the practice’s internal design review process, contributing to housing design guides, and actively mentoring and representing women in the industry.


Abigail Heraty

Amro Partners

Abigail is a Senior Development Manager at Amro Partners, an investor, developer and operator in the alternative residential space. Abigail is responsible for project managing the planning and early design stage activities for Amro’s UK developments as well as leading the community engagement strategies. Notable projects include the Rex, a 210 co-living development located in Kingston Town Centre, on which construction is due to complete in September this year.
