Syreeta Robinson-Gayle
Head of Affordable Housing, Barratt LondonSyreeta Robinson-Gayle is the Head of Affordable Housing for Barratt London, a leading developer in the Capital. With a strong background in housing and urban regeneration, Syreeta has sought to address the affordable housing crisis in London. She is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with RPs, Local Authorities, and the GLA to deliver sustainable and affordable housing solutions.
Syreeta has a doctorate in Environmental Engineering, and is a qualified Building Surveyor. She has been actively involved in various initiatives aimed at overcoming the systemic challenges in the housing sector. Her work includes reassessing financial models and funding, advocating for policy reforms, and promoting innovative partnership models to tackle this complex issue.
Barratt London have made significant strides in increasing the supply of affordable homes, contributing to the city's efforts to meet its housing targets. Syreeta will continue to work to ensure that future generations of Londoners have a secure and affordable home.
