BPF Affordable Housing Research launch

With a cost-of-living crisis, the need to deliver affordable housing is as acute as ever, but providers face a number of constraints on funding, and new spending commitments. The BPF’s Affordable Housing Committee recently co-published a report with L&G, which explored this funding gap for debt, equity, and subsidy, and how the sector could work together to improve funding.
