Fund data and performance insights are currently still hosted on the AREF website, providing a comprehensive suite of resources to support transparency, performance analysis and informed decision-making across the UK real estate investment market.
This includes the MSCI/RE:UK UK Quarterly Property Fund Index, the Property Fund Vision (PFV), and detailed individual fund pages, offering insights into fund performance, liquidity, strategy and governance. The Charter, which sets standards of transparency and consistency for participating funds, is the other important resource.
As RE:UK is established, fund-related content and data will continue to be hosted on the AREF website in the short term. This ensures continuity of access for members and users while we gradually transition these resources into the RE:UK platform.
In the meantime, you can access all fund data, analysis and related materials via the AREF website.
Property Fund Vision
The Property Fund Vision (PFV) is a detailed view of the UK property fund market, providing insights into fund performance, asset allocation, liquidity and investor flows. PFV supports investors and managers in understanding market positioning and emerging trends.

The Property Fund Index (PFI) is the industry’s leading NAV-level index for UK property funds, offering independent measurement of fund performance and benchmarking across the market.

The Charter
The Charter is a framework that encourages fund members to adopt best practices in the management of real estate vehicles wherever possible. By aligning with the Charter, members demonstrate a clear and actionable commitment to the highest standards of transparency, accountability and governance.
