We have submitted our response to DESNZ on the consultation on introducing a heat network technical assurance scheme (HNTAS). The response raises concerns about the Government’s proposed approach to HNTAS and the wider programme of heat network regulatory reform, including the cost and complexity of implementation, potential impacts on real estate development and limited engagement with the real estate sector.
