BPF Property Leader Sentiment Survey 2023

A BPF/Grosvenor survey of over 100 industry leaders showing almost over three quarters (77%) are confident that the real estate sector will perform strongly over the next five years, despite current economic pressures. Almost half (49%) of those surveyed plan to accelerate delivery of net zero commitments in 2023 with just 2% planning to scale back.
