Following the successful merger between the BPF and the UK PropTech Association (UKPA), we've embarked on an exciting joint programme of events designed to connect the property and PropTech worlds.
The 2024 'Tech & Innovation' programme has 4 key aims:
Supporting property companies with different levels of knowledge on PropTech to build a greater understanding of the advancements in PropTech and the value and benefits market solutions are able to provide to them.
Providing guidance, practical advice and peer-to-peer learnings to break down barriers to the implementation or procuring of PropTech and navigate digital transformation across the business.
To equip PropTechs, whether they are early stage or scaling, with the know-how to do so effectively, and ultimately bring new innovative solutions to the market to support the industry.
To enable greater dialogue between the ecosystem at all levels (from BPF Futures to CEOs) and ensure PropTech is embedded into the future of the property industry.
