Impact of abolishing Multiple Dwellings Relief on building new homes

We wrote to the Chancellor along with the Association for Rental Living, BusinessLDN, CREFC Europe, UK Single Family Association, and members to express our concern on the removal of multiple dwellings relief and to call for the decision to be reversed to avoid unintended consequences for new housing supply.
