CVA creditor document

 Our CVA Creditor Document  - to clarify the CVA process and set out the information that creditors should expect to receive prior to the CVA creditors meeting. Within this document, there is a “Landlord Creditor’s Request for Information” sheet, which is intended to be a standard document that landlords can provide to nominees on receipt of a CVA proposal if they do not feel they have been provided with the requisite information.
