BPF response to the GLA's key worker living rent consultation

In our response, we highlight the key concerns over key worker living rent (KWLR), including its interaction with other rental tenures, the need for clearer guidance to support investor confidence and ensuring boroughs can implement it effectively.

The response also urges the Mayor to engage with the Government on the impact of abolishing assured shorthold tenancies to keep KWLR viable for investment.
