Corporate Membership Membership Benefits

Being a member of the BPF offers a wide range of benefits for both organisations and their employees.

As a member, you’ll be part of a progressive and innovative industry voice, working together to support a diverse, successful and sustainable real estate sector.

Explore some of the key benefits below. If you’d like to find out more, or have any questions, our membership team will be happy to help.

  • Shape the future of the industry

Be part of a collective voice influencing a more successful and thriving real estate sector. Every year, we hold hundreds of meetings with government and other decision-makers, representing the views of our members and responding to key government initiatives that affect your business.

In a time of change, ensure you are among the first to know. Understanding the policy environment helps you manage political risk and plan with confidence.

  • Opportunities to extend your network and influence

We offer a wide range of networking opportunities through our extensive events, forums and groups. Members can help shape the programme, host or sponsor events, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Take advantage of discounts or free access to partner events, and make a real impact by engaging in our committees and groups. Showcase your work, build connections and influence the sector.

  • Access to knowledge

'MyBPF' is our member portal and the primary platform for accessing information and features designed to help you get the most from your BPF membership. Tailor your preferences to receive content relevant to you, including exclusive weekly updates, subject-specific insights, and research and analysis across a range of industry issues.

Members can also apply to join one of our vital committees or working groups, where you can work alongside others to make a real difference.

  • Help drive innovation and good practice

We champion sustainability, technology and innovation across the property sector. Through our work with the UK PropTech Association, we aim to connect those in the property industry facing key challenges - such as decarbonisation - with the PropTech sector, which can create practical solutions. We've developed a joint programme of events and established an Innovation Leaders Forum to foster collaboration and share best practice.

Our sustainability initiatives include policy work and the BPF Net Zero Pledge, an industry-wide commitment to driving the decarbonisation of the built environment.
