BPF responds to DLUHC letter on commencement of Building Safety Act

British Property Federation (BPF) Chief Executive Melanie Leech CBE, responded to a letter from Michael Gove MP, Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities Secretary of State on the commencement of the Building Safety Act.

The Secretary's letter, received on 27 June 2022, sought to remind landlords of impending ramifications of the Building Safety Act coming into force on 28 June 2022.
