BPF Residential Management Committee

The Residential Management Committee focuses on addressing key management and operational issues within the residential sector. Its core areas of work include building safety, leasehold reform, and tenure reform, as well as other challenges that impact effective property management. The group keeps abreast of the latest policy and technical changes and reacts to any operational issues.

The committee’s membership consists of property managers, landlords, and industry professionals with expertise in residential operations. It engages closely with government bodies and other key internal stakeholders to share best practices and understand policy changes that support efficient, safe and high-quality residential management.
