BPF Privacy and Data Protection Group

Our Privacy and Data Protection Group aim to improve the data protection and regulatory environment that impacts our sector. The group considers the impact of new legislation on the sector, and shares best practice – it also considers the privacy impact of emerging trends and new technology on the real estate sector.
