    The British Property Federation (BPF) represents the UK real estate sector, an industry which contributes more than £137.5bn to the economy and supports 2.7 million jobs – that’s one in every 13 jobs in the UK.

BPF Industrial Committee

The BPF Industrial Committee seeks to promote a better understanding of the sector among relevant government and industry stakeholders as it works to support UK economic. The group champions the economic, social value and environmental credentials of the industrial and logistics sector and advocates positively for a more responsive planning system for our employment uses.

This is achieved by responding to policy consultations, issuing reports/thought leadership pieces and engaging with government departments on policy reform to support the sector. The committee comprises industrial and logistics focused professionals within BPF member companies. Membership is drawn from industrial and logistics developers and the consultants that support the sector such as planners and lawyers.
