BPF Healthcare Committee

The Healthcare Committee drives the BPF's healthcare policy, both in the NHS/primary care and older peoples' housing sectors. The Committee seeks to drive policy change across both sectors, to allow for better collaboration between the private and public sector regarding healthcare estates, and address the undersupply of older peoples' housing.

The Committee comprises around 25 investors, developers, operators, and advisors across the sectors, with key stakeholders including the NHS, the Ministry for Housing, Communities, and Local Government, HM Treasury, and local and combined authorities.
