BPF Construction Committee

The BPF Construction Committee articulates the views of property construction clients as a distinct part of the wider construction supply chain. It engages government and industry stakeholders on relevant policy issues such as payment practices, building safety, construction contracts as well as acting as a forum through which members can share best practice on relevant issues such as sustainability in the construction process.

The committee is made up of construction directors at principal developers, construction focused lawyers as well as wider consultants that support property clients. The group engages with key stakeholders including officials from relevant government departments and industry groups such as the Construction Leadership Council and wider construction industry bodies.
