BPF Build-to-Rent Committee

The Build-to-Rent (BTR) Committee focuses on sector policy, advocating for policy change to enable the supply of more BTR homes, thus increasing diversity in the housing market and addressing the housing shortage. The committee drives best practice and policy change to achieve this, through thought leadership, research, responding to consultations, and engagement with key stakeholders.

The committee has over 40 members from across the sector, from investors to developers, operators, and advisors. The committee's main public stakeholder is the Ministry for Housing, Communities, and Local Government, but it also engages with local and combined authorities, and other Government departments.

Members can follow the work of this committee in MyBPF (our member portal) by becoming an Associate Member.
