    The British Property Federation (BPF) represents the UK real estate sector, an industry which contributes more than £137.5bn to the economy and supports 2.7 million jobs – that’s one in every 13 jobs in the UK.

BPF Asset Management Committee

The Asset Management Committee focuses on issues affecting the leasing of commercial property. This includes relevant legislation like the Landlord & Tenant Acts as well as industry-driven initiatives like the leasing and service charge codes. The committee also considers issues inhibiting commercial development, such as permissions for telecommunications infrastructure. Committee members include those responsible for leasing and asset management at property businesses as well as in-house and private practice property law specialists. Key stakeholders include the Ministry for Housing, Communities, and Local Government (MHCLG), the Law Commission and RICS.
