Overview:

The real estate funds industry is undergoing a period of transition, driven by issues such as rising operational costs, increasing regulatory pressures and growing ESG expectations. This AREF–Yardi webinar will examine how data, technology and AI are supporting fund managers to navigate this evolving landscape.

The session will share key insights, gathered from member interviews and survey responses, on data management, reporting, investor transparency and the practical use of AI and automation. It will also highlight practical steps for building scalable, well-governed platforms that support decision-making in a more data-led environment.
