We’re delighted to once again support the Scottish Property Federation’s Annual Conference — especially the Building a Better Living Sector session, which we’re proud to sponsor. This event is always a standout in our calendar: an opportunity to hear fresh insights from influential voices on the key issues shaping Scotland’s real estate landscape. With more than 300 attendees joining this year, we’re looking forward to a full day of reconnecting with clients, meeting new faces, and exchanging ideas on how we can drive new opportunities across the sector.
Martin Devine, Addleshaw Goddard
Through my involvement with the Scottish Property Federation, I’m keen to contribute to discussions around public-sector asset disposal, market efficiency, and how different routes to market - including auctions - can work alongside traditional agency, development, and investment models.

I believe collaboration across disciplines is essential if the Scottish property sector is to respond effectively to economic uncertainty, regulatory change, and the increasing pressure to deliver tangible results.
Mandi Cooper, Auction House Scotland
Invest in Dundee sponsors the Scottish Property Federation Conference because it’s a vital platform to showcase Dundee’s growth opportunities, connect with industry leaders, and champion the city as a prime location for investment and development.
James Williamson, Dundee City Council
HFD have since day one championed the excellent work that the BPF Futures network undertakes every year, supporting tomorrow's property industry leaders to ensure a more sustainable future for our sector
Stephen Lewis, HFD Property Group
Working with SPF on its annual conference provides Invest Aberdeen an ideal opportunity to showcase North East Scotland’s strengths and highlight opportunities within our region. With a new Investment Zone, tangible progress on developments within our city centre and significant developments within our global energy industry, we’re keen to share our pitch with SPF delegates.
Danielle McKinlay, Invest Aberdeen
Glasgow City Council is delighted to once again partner with the Scottish Property Federation for this year’s Annual Conference, a flagship event which brings together the key people who help to shape the future of our built environment. Our continuing partnership reflects the council’s commitment to engaging and collaborating with local industry to support investment and deliver better outcomes for Glasgow. We are very much looking forward to welcoming delegates to the city during what will be a transformative year for Glasgow with the city centre currently undergoing its biggest upgrade in half a century.

David McEwan, Glasgow City Council
We’re proud to sponsor the SPF Annual Conference, which brings together the people shaping Scotland’s built environment. At Monteith, we provide specialist real estate insurance advice to owners, managers, investors and developers, and supporting this event felt like a natural way to contribute to the conversations that help build resilient, sustainable places for people to live and work.
Scott McLuskey, Monteith Insurance
