Booking is now open for the 2026 IPF Annual Lunch which will take place at the Nine Kings Suite, Royal Lancaster Hotel, London W2.

The ticket price includes a pre-Lunch Drinks Reception together with a ½ bottle of wine per person.

Ticket price: £195 + VAT (£234 inclusive of VAT @ 20% per person). A table to seat 10 people will be £1,950 + VAT (£2,340 inc. VAT).

Tables can seat 10 or 12 people. If, however, you are looking for a smaller number of places, and subject to the Terms and Conditions on the booking form, there will also be a number of places on shared tables to ensure that individual members or members with a smaller number of guests don’t miss out.

Pre-Lunch drinks, and a good opportunity to network, are from 11.45am and Lunch will be called at 12.30pm. Formal proceedings are due to finish at around 3.15pm when the bar opens and offers guests another opportunity to network.

Once you have submitted your booking form, your booking is provisional until you have received a confirmation email so please do not start inviting guests until you have received this confirmation.

Please Note:  Once we have accepted your booking, a confirmation email with your invoice together with a form for you to add your host and guest names (for inclusion in the List of Attendees), and a version of the flyer, which you can use to invite guests, will be sent to you.

Place cards, reminders to return your host/guest names, wine list, menu, etc., will be sent to you via post or email before the Lunch. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION IT MEANS THAT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR BOOKING.
