The BPF Sustainability Conference 2025:

The BPF Sustainability Conference is back!

Our annual sustainability conference returns on Wednesday 17 September, and will be held at Travers Smith, 2-3 Hosier Lane, London EC1A 9LQ.

Every part of the conference is rooted in sustainability, but the issues we’ll be discussing have a much broader impact. This year’s programme explores the ESG trends shaping the UK property sector, from shifting investor priorities to the growing influence of AI in delivering a net zero carbon future.

We’ll hear about the forces driving investment decisions in 2025, look at how developers are future-proofing their assets in an uncertain political and regulatory environment, and examine how sustainable buildings and developments are creating long-term value for investors, owners, occupiers and communities.

Our speakers - from global consultancies, leading developers and world-class nature projects - will share insights and experience to spark fresh thinking across the day.

There will also be plenty of time to network with peers and make new connections over lunch, during coffee breaks and at our evening drinks reception. Find out more below.

Conference Schedule:

Exclusive BPF Futures session

The Future of Sustainability

Taking place on the morning of the BPF Sustainability Conference, we're pleased to announce an exclusive BPF Futures Roundtable event designed exclusively for our junior in-career members, kindly sponsored by  JLL.
The roundtable will bring together 20 BPF Futures members to discuss and explore the sustainability challenges and opportunities facing the real estate sector, give voice to the priorities of the next generation of industry leaders and shape the BPF’s policy and advocacy work.
The roundtable will take place immediately prior to the BPF Sustainability Conference, and participants will be invited to join conference delegates for lunch and to practice their networking skills!
Participation in the roundtable is free for BPF Futures members, but attendees will need to purchase a ticket if they wish to attend the BPF Sustainability Conference in the afternoon.
