Session Overview:

The session will examine the implications of recent and proposed changes to planning policy and legislation, covering the existing and proposed NPPF, decision making processes, planning and implementation delays, and viability. It will also include a look forward into 2026 and beyond.

The speakers represent a range of perspectives from across the property and planning industry, including private consultancy, local government, and planning communications. A representative from the BPF will also be on the panel.
