BPF Annual Conference: A New World

Get Ready for BPF25: A New World

In just under a month, we look forward to welcoming delegates from across the real estate industry, public sector, and wider business community to our 2025 Annual Conference.

BPF25: A New World will immerse you in the future of UK real estate. From shifting global politics to emerging technologies, we’ll explore how the sector can innovate, lead and thrive in an increasingly fast-moving world.

We're especially delighted to be joined by Mehreen Khan, Economics Editor at The Times. She'll kick off the event with an expert overview of key economic trends and invite us to consider the longer-term shifts that often go under the radar.

Don't miss out – find out more below! We can't wait to see you there on 8 July.

BPF Futures Session:

Taking place on the morning of the BPF Annual Conference, we're excited to host a special BPF Futures session designed exclusively for our junior in-career members, kindly sponsored by British Land. Led by Victoria Hill, lead coach at PROMIND coaching this session will help delegates sharpen their networking skills, build confidence and make the most of their conference experience. Through an interactive and practical approach, participants will  focus on building their personal brand, thinking about how they come across and how they want to be remembered. This session will take place immediately prior to the conference lunch, so participants will have the opportunity to immediately put their new networking strategies into practice, encouraging them to form valuable connections over the rest of the day.

*BPF Futures is a free network of over 2,300 real estate professionals with less than 10 years of industry experience across the UK, shaped and managed by its members and supported by the British Property Federation.

BPF Futures tickets are at £120 + VAT. If you are BPF Futures member and would like to purchase a ticket, please email our events team who would be able to assist you.
