BPF Annual Conference: A New World

We're excited to announce that the BPF Annual Conference will be returning to the Royal Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole Street, London on 8 July 2025!

Overview:
We will have a fantastic investor panel looking at sentiment for the UK property market from across the globe, alongside an interactive session on AI focused on how business leaders can harness technology as a tool to drive business strategy.

Together with keynotes from our President Jessica Hardman and a session exploring the potential BPF merger with AREF and the IPF, it’s going to be a fantastic afternoon!

We’ll finish off with an evening reception marking the Presidential handover from Jessica to Simon Carter.

BPF Futures Session:

Taking place on the morning of the BPF Annual Conference, we're excited to host a special BPF Futures session designed exclusively for our junior in-career members and led by an experienced trainer with a strong real estate background. This workshop will help delegates sharpen their networking skills, build confidence and make the most of their conference experience. Through an interactive and practical approach, participants will refresh their understanding of successful networking strategies, form valuable peer connections and leave with tangible techniques to apply throughout the day.
