Why should fund managers and investors include residential within a diversified real estate portfolio, and which residential sectors offer the most compelling opportunities today?

Kindly hosted by Newmark, this breakfast seminar will explore the role of residential investment within a wider portfolio context, examining its performance characteristics relative to other real estate sectors, as well as the opportunities, risks and practical considerations for investors.

The session will open with a presentation by Matt Soffair, Senior Research Manager, Legal & General Asset Management, comparing residential investment with other property sectors, setting the scene for a panel discussion with leading industry practitioners.


The panel will explore:

  • The main routes to accessing residential investment
  • Key operational considerations and risks
  • Social impact considerations and outcomes


There will also be an opportunity for attendees to put questions to the panel.
