AGM Agenda
- To receive the Auditors’ Report
- To receive and adopt the Report of the Board (in the statutory accounts)
- To receive and adopt the consolidated financial statements of the Federation for the year ended 31 December 2024
- To propose re-appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as Auditors for the ensuing year and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.
- To propose the election and re-election of Directors to the Board
- To provide an update on the potential merger between the British Property Federation, Association of Real Estate Funds and Investment Property Forum
